If your sliding glass door lock or handle breaks, do not take it apart. If you call the company, they will come out and install a new lock for $50.00, lock included. They will look up your information by your address, lot # &John Lang Homes. If you try and fix it yourself, it will drop into the door and become a bigger problem. Also Home Depot or anyone else does not carry the part. A locksmith will have to order it through the company. This is for non- upgraded sliders.
